专利说明:
15 20 25 30 optimization of workplace functionality, e.g. that it is relatively easy to move wall sockets and insert new ones. It is achieved that cables and installations are hidden at the same time as you can install new wall sockets almost freely. In most other places you do not compromise, but choose the more expensive solution. You install the cables inside the wall and make holes in the wall for wall sockets. This means some limitations, you can not just move the wall sockets and it is not so easy to add new ones. Technically, a lot can be done if you can imagine paying for it, but the inconveniences weigh heavily. The patent literature It has been difficult to find relevant material in the patent literature, but it is relevant to emphasize EP 2079139 where a method is described for mounting cable and cable ducts with mounting of preferably wall sockets, branch sockets or other electrical sockets for strong current / weak pipes. EP 2079139 is a patent application which refers to an attempt to simplify the actual assembly of electrical sockets in installation ducts by creating a template which is adapted to the sockets. EP 2079139 differs from the present invention in that the object of the present invention is focused on a result, namely that one can use A-installation ducts for B-installation ducts. Thus, the principles of the construction of the installation ducts change. Additional materials have been found where the basic idea is quick and easy access to installations, resp. to repair and replace installations inside the duct - see US 4682457. A similar invention for simplifying the installation of sockets in the duct itself is described in US 4793069. WO 01/031759 also relates to installation simplifications, while US 4682457 is more focused on office space, where one may need to create new rooms by easily moving the walls and thus also the installations - including the cable ducts. In WO 2005/098159, the idea is also a simplification of the possibility of moving walls with installations. We have not been able to find any patents that directly have to do with the fact that the duct panels can be made narrower by means of lowering the electrical outlets. The invention The invention can be described technically in the following way: New technology and method for mounting cable and cable ducts and installation ducts. Installation ducts with sockets for preferably wall sockets, branch sockets or other electrical sockets for high current / low current, the sockets being provided with guide grooves in the bottom or made with knock-out forms in the bottom as marking for drilling and countersinking of preferably wall sockets, branch sockets or other electrical sockets. / milling in the wall, to make room at the back for a wall socket, branch socket or other electrical socket, so that installation ducts without sockets, for only cables and the like, compared with installation ducts with sockets, get a volume and design with a uniform size / depth. The outer surface of the electrical sockets is alive with the front of the installation duct facing the room. The material consumption for the installation duct is reduced in relation to the prior art by making the horizontal part narrower than according to known practice. What is achieved with the new invention The depth of the duct is determined primarily by cables and wires and not by the depth of the wall socket itself. Thus, the depth of ducts with sockets is considerably reduced, which means several advantages: The duct with fully integrated branch sockets or other sockets now has a dimension which, for example, can be used consistently as a baseboard. In this way, the new system can be transformed into the currently used panel sockets for wall sockets which are used in combination with baseboards. The panel base with wall socket will thus be able to be made with the same thickness as the baseboard, which is not possible with the existing solutions. The new panel is thus provided with a box on the back, which is placed in a pre-drilled hole in the wall. In this way, the front of the wall socket will be brought to life with the front of the foot panel. The solution is a flexible alternative to the hidden installations currently in use. Saving of materials in connection with the manufacture of installation ducts, in that the proposed solution means that the material does not have to be as strong as currently known and existing solution models - smaller materials as the surface extent becomes thinner. As the installation duct becomes narrower, the volume requirement for the horizontal part also decreases. Thereby, channel type A can be made identical to channel type B. Optimization of room area - a narrower and thinner duct solution leads to improved utilization of space when furnishing rooms. The idea also means that it will be easier to increase the number of wall sockets. By simply drilling a hole in the installation channel resp. the wall, you can then mount wall sockets. The need for many wall sockets is greater today than before. Today you have many types of installation, e.g. IT equipment and the like. The new system can be used for ducts that are placed on the floor, on the wall and / or on the ceiling. Note that wall sockets in Denmark are significantly narrower than products in other countries. An extensive German system is used in our neighboring countries as in many other countries. However, these wall sockets are significantly deeper than the Danish ones and therefore you will achieve much greater benefits by using the current idea. 10 15 20 25 The well in the German wall sockets is 18 mm, while the well in the Danish wall sockets is 6 mm. Instead of mounting the box in the installation duct, the box can be part of a separate unit (see fig. 4 showing the back), which is mounted as an extension of the duct and in which the wall socket can be mounted (see fig. 5 showing the front). The unit with the integrated box is mounted in the drilled hole in the wall, after which the wall socket is mounted and terminated with a lid in life with the front of the installation duct. The dimensions of the front part of the unit do not have to match the height of the installation duct. If you want the unit / wall socket to be more physically marked, you can easily increase the height. List of figures Figure 1. Cable duct - principle sketch Figure 2. Unit with box Example of execution Fig. 1 shows a section through an installation duct (1) and installation of a wall socket (5) showing wall socket (S), box (6) and recess in wall surface (7). The hole in the wall (7) has a depth that is adjusted so that, when mounting the wall socket (5) in the installation duct (1), the front of the wall socket will be brought to life with the panel ~ the front of the installation duct (2). Fig. 2 shows an example of a widely used foreign type of wall socket (8) that is used in Denmark's neighboring countries. Characteristic of this type are i.a. that it has a relatively deep well (10) of 18 mm, which is significantly more than the commonly used wall sockets (9) in Denmark. This condition means both that the front of the wall socket extends more than the Danish (8) and when mounting through the installation duct (1) and into the wall - that the pre-drilled hole in the wall part (7) has a greater depth than is needed for the Danish the wall socket (9). These conditions also mean that the use of the foreign wall sockets (8) in relation to the Danish model (9) means a greater saving of material for the installation ducts ll) - For traditional installation of the German wall socket model (8) in combination with a classic known installation in the installation duct (1), the material requirement for the horizontal part (3) of the installation duct is therefore greater than for the corresponding Danish one, in that the wall socket will project the front of the installation duct (2) longer - which means that the horizontal duct (2) surface becomes wider than according to the present invention. the wall socket (S) is alive with the front of the installation duct (2). The figure shows examples of other electrical outlets, here low-voltage outlets (11) such as TV and data outlets. Fig. 3 shows the Danish model on wall sockets (9) which is slimmer and more modern in design than the foreign model (8). The well (10) for the Danish wall socket (9) is only 6 mm and the depth is smaller than for the foreign model (8). Fig. 4 shows the wall socket mounted in the unit (12) and in the illustration it has been chosen to increase the height of the unit above the installation duct, which can be done to more clearly mark the physical location of the wall socket. Fig. 5 shows the back of the unit (12) where the box (6) is located.
